  • This is a project which was inspired by Latif Mutlu, the president of Bilgi Education and Culture Foundation. IT Law Research Center and Domi Bilişim Inc. are in charge for the realization of the project.

Mainly, the project intends to simulate the functions of a parlimment and in particular preparatory work before the legislation the cyberspace. Moreover the project aims to handle pulic surveys on both legal and non-legal nationwide problems and hence to achieve the direct contribution of the public. Likewise the agora of the ancient Greeks, E-parliament will serve as platform where individuals can speak of their ideas on the national issues. Therefore E-parliament is also a direct democracy project.

The technical preparations of the project have been initiated following the meeting held between the parties on 25.3.2004. The further progress of the project may be foolowed form this site.
