International arbitration and in particular online arbitration and ADR is a project of 3 years supported by the Eu and carried out by a partnership of İstanbul Bilgi University, Turkish Experters Assembly and Esin&Co. Law Firm. The project aims to develop interest towards ADR or arbitration for the settlement of commercial disputes in the global scale. Hence to proivde a faster, satisactory and trustworthy mechanisms for the settlement of the disputes.
The above mentioned consortium having domestic and international partners has submitted the application to the EU under the reference EUROPEAID/115510/C/SV/Multi-Bis on the date 12.03.2004. Curently the consortium is in the reserve list and awaiting further decision from the EU
